3. To develop understanding of Crisis Resource Management

4. To translate learning into clinical practice

5. To critically evaluate own performing & that of others

6. To prepare for post-foundation training

• Introduction and familiarisation sessions
• Full immersion scenarios providing learning opportunities in both clinical and non-technical skills
• Facilitated debriefing sessions lead by an experienced trainer
