On completion of this programme delegates should be able demonstrate:

• Knowledge of the necessary skills-set to progress and achieve goals.   
• Awareness and understanding  of personal values,  purpose, strengths, and talents
• A comprehensive  understanding of the  job opportunities process from application to interview

Career Development Programme.  Each cohort member participates in a series of three workshops on Personal Effectiveness; Career Planning; and Job Interview skills. Participants include both clinical and non-clinical staff.  The course is  suitable for all Bands 2-8
