Nurses, midwives and AHP supporting undergraduate nurses who have been a Practice Supervisor for more than six months or more.
- Identify roles of Practice Supervisor and Assessor
- Recognize how the Practice Supervisor contributes to creating a learning culture
- Define practical support processes available to Practice Supervisors and students.
- Assess a number of simulated outcomes through case based scenarios

- The role of a Practice Supervisor
- The role of a Practice Assessor
- Practice Assessment Document (PAD)
- The learning needs of students
- Setting objectivess
- Providing feedback to students
- Passing and failing students
- Pastoral support and emotional intelligence
