Accredited Programmes:

• ILM2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills

An excellent programme that will provide participants with the core skills required to be an effective team leader. Topics will include developing yourself as a team leader, understanding change in the workplace and methods of communication.

• ILM3 Award in Leadership & Management

This programme will provide participants with the basic knowledge to become an effective manager. It covers topics such as performance management, how to plan
and allocate work and how to establish your team.
