This programme has been  co-designed and co-produced with  staff  in clinical areas across Barts Health and is aimed at developing our Band 6 nursing, midwifery and Allied Health Professionals (AHP) workforce. The programme has been mapped against the nine domains of NHS Leadership Academy’s Health Care Leadership Model and has a strong focus on the Trust’s key clinical priorities and utilised the IHI quality improvement methodology.
