• Evaluate the leadership style required esnure your team delivers high quality care
• Apply toools to challenge poor care
• Appreciate the need to measure the quality of your teams care through the use of the Perfect Ward and Well Run Ward tools
This module gives you the opportunity to explore the clinical leaders key role in ensuring high levels of quality in the delivery of care. The module uses a mix of role play, scenarios, discussion and presentations to consider the challenges of organising care, monitoring standards and addressing post standards. A range of tools are introduced to participants.
