All clinical band 7's and expereinced band 6's looking to make the move into a band 7 leadership position

•Understand what Quality Improvement is and how it developed
•Be able to write a clear and SMART objective
•Create driver diagrams to identify what needds to be doen to ahieve the objective
•Have the ability to accurately measure your improvements
•Be able to use the plan, do, study. act (PDSA) cycle to test out change ideas

This module provides an introduction to the Institute for Healthcare Improvements model for improvement.  It uses a range of exercises and activities to give participants an understanding of the practical skills required to deliver change and improve care quality.
