•Evaluate the status of your team in terms of its effectiveness
•Appreciate the importance of trust to effective team working
•Evaluate the leadership skills required to lead an effective team
• Critically evaluate different leadership styles and consider which applies to you

Participants are introduced to the importance of team effectiveness and the concepts shared values, pseudo teams v real teams, giving and receiving feedback and inspiring shared purpose as ways of leading and developing high performing teams.  They will also explore leadership styles adn evaluate their effectiveness
