All clinical band 7's and experienced band 6's looking to make the move into a band 7 leadership position

• To provide information on career and development pathways for Bands 1-4 including HEI partners 
• To determines the Learning and development opportunities provided by specialist within the Trust 
• To share Individual experience and opportunity to learn from each other

This module invites you to consider how well you are able to think critically and evaluate options in everyday situations that you face in the work place.  You are invited to consider thew habits of critical thinkers and how critical thinking was used effectively in challenging situations.  It includes a range of activities and scenarios in order to develop your ability to think critically
