Bands 2-4 Healthcare Support Worker/AHP Therapy Assistants

The aim/objectives of the sessions is to support HSCWs/AHP Therapy assistants learners with their learning and development needs. Such as completing and achieving CCF standards/competences and any related clinical/programme competences/workbook.

In addition the sessions will provide an avenue for discussing challenges relating to completion of standards/competences and the individual learner-centred support Bands 2-4 Team can organise/give to ensure compliance with CCF standards and other learning & development competencies

Pastoral care and support sessions via MS Teams to support bands 2-4 with completing clinical programme and CCF competencies
